Rushil Zutshi, PhD's Bio
Rushil is a Postdoctoral Scholar at the USC Schaeffer Center, specializing in health systems research in the United States and investigating issues of discrimination in healthcare delivery in India. His research interests include understanding the impact of Medicare Advantage on cost savings and health outcomes among individuals with Alzheimer's and dementia in the United States, as well as studying caste and religion-based discrimination in healthcare access and delivery in India.
Rushil received his PhD at the RAND Pardee School and will be working with mentor Vicki Shier on Medicare advantage outcomes.
