Meng Li, PhD's Bio

Meng Li received her PhD, in Pharmaceutical Outcomes Research and Policy at the Comparative Health Outcomes, Policy, and Economics (CHOICE) Institute at University of Washington. Her main research interests are evaluations of health care interventions and policies nationally and internationally. She has experience with theoretical expansions of value in cost-effectiveness analysis, economic evaluations of medical technologies, value of information analysis, instrument development and validation, cost-of-illness analysis, budget impact analysis, as well as policy topics including performance-based risk sharing arrangement for indication-based pricing, research prioritization, medical donations, and cervical cancer screening integration in resource-limited settings. Her dissertation was titled “The Real Option Value of Life and Innovation.”
