Jennifer Norton's Bio
Jen Norton has dedicated the last two decades of her career on the pharmaceutical market access landscape. Most recently, as Vice President and Head of US Value and Access at Amgen, she led the value, market access, pricing, reimbursement, and patient support organization for Amgen’s portfolio within the United States. In addition to leading negotiations with public and private payers for prescription drug coverage, she worked with stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem to better understand the current barriers to drug access and affordability for patients.
Prior to Amgen, Ms. Norton served in roles of increasing responsibility at Biogen, Vertex, and Revitas/Model N. The breadth of her work includes innovative specialty therapeutic areas, biosimilars, oncology, and orphan/rare diseases. She has navigated the evolution of the Affordable Care Act as a consultant and strategist as well as within biopharmaceutical companies, and more recently assessed the potential impact of the Inflation Reduction Act on innovation. She is committed to finding sustainable solutions to our complex and fragmented healthcare ecosystem, to better serve patients and create headroom for new life-changing therapies.
