Alexis Coulourides Kogan, PhD's Bio
Alexis Coulourides Kogan, PhD, is an assistant professor of Family Medicine, Geriatrics, and Gerontology at the Keck School of Medicine of USC and the Leonard Davis School of Gerontology at the University of Southern California. She is a mixed-methods health systems researcher that focuses on translation and measurement of person-centered models of care and education for older adults and those with serious illness. Kogan earned a BS from Tulane University in exercise and sports sciences, and a MS and PhD in gerontology from the USC Leonard Davis School of Gerontology. She is the recipient of a K99/R00 Pathway to Independence Career Development award from the National Institute on Aging of the National Institutes of Health.
