Katherine Baker's Bio

Katherine Baker is a public health researcher interested in the intersections of nutrition and climate change. In particular, Katherine is interested in understanding and building solutions for sustainable and equitable food systems. Katherine received their Ph.D. in community nutrition from Cornell University in 2023. Katherine also obtained a masters of public health in environmental health science, and a master’s of science in human nutrition from Columbia University, as well as a B.A. in psychology from New York University.
