Patrycja Sleboda, PhD's Bio

Patrycja Sleboda is a decision-making psychologist and behavioral scientist, who conducts interdisciplinary applied research in the field of health and environmental behavior. Her position is jointly funded by the Schaeffer Center and the USC Wrigley Institute for Environmental Studies.

Patrycja Sleboda’s research uses insights from behavioral science and decision psychology to understand environmental and health behavior, so as to inform interventions for changing attitudes, risk perception, and behavior. She is especially interested in examining how to promote healthy and sustainable eating behaviors and promote protection against environmental hazards.

Patrycja received her Ph.D. in Psychology from SWPS University in Warsaw, Poland. Before joining USC Patrycja has been working at Cedars Sinai Cancer Research Center for Health Equity.
