Patrick Gless, MS, MHA, FACHCA's Bio
Patrick Gless is associate director of the Healthcare Decision Analysis program at the USC School of Pharmacy and Schaeffer Center for Health Policy & Economics. He also serves as adjunct faculty in the department of health Policy and management at USC Price School of Public Policy where he teaches health economics, finance and reimbursement.
Gless has 15 years of healthcare experience, specializing in economics of healthcare reform and biopharmaceutical market access. He has consulted for numerous healthcare and life sciences companies on product commercialization challenges as well as investment management firms on valuing innovation in the biotechnology sector.
Gless served in the United States Army as a combat medic — including deployments throughout the Horn of Africa and the Middle East — and as a healthcare adviser to the Kuwaiti Ambassador to Iraq.
Mr. Gless is a Fellow of the American College of Health Care Administrators and has held positions on several healthcare advisory boards. He received his M.S. in Healthcare Decision Analysis, Master of Health Administration, and B.S. magna cum laude in Health Policy and Management from the University of Southern California.
